1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, reserving merchandise, or placing orders through the Shinhye storefront, Progressive Web App (PWA), or official WhatsApp concierge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.
These terms govern all transactions between patrons and Shinhye Atelier ("Shinhye", "we", "us"), operated under Indonesian commercial standards.
Atelier Authenticity & Handcraft Standard
Every Shinhye piece is crafted from premium brushed cotton, Japanese flannel, or double-sided plush fabrics with reinforced french seams. Because our pieces are produced in limited edition drops, subtle pattern alignments may vary naturally from photographic lookbooks.
2. Merchandise Reservations & Order Intake
Orders may be initiated through two channels:
- Digital Bag Checkout: Selecting garments and initiating secure checkout via our licensed Indonesian payment portal (Midtrans).
- WhatsApp Concierge Intake: Transmitting desired pieces to our concierge. Our team registers your order in
quote_pendingstatus, verifies inventory, and computes exact counter delivery tariffs before issuing a secure payment link.
A reservation is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment settlement. Unpaid reservations expire after 24 hours to release limited stock back to the patron collective.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Currency
All prices listed on Shinhye are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Listed garment prices represent merchandise value and exclude courier delivery tariffs, which are computed transparently based on your destination city before payment.
We make every effort to display accurate pricing. In the rare event of a clear technical pricing typographical error, Shinhye reserves the right to notify the patron and offer either order fulfillment at corrected pricing or a full immediate refund.
4. Collectible VIP Gacha & Loyalty Rewards
Patrons who register official holographic unboxing serial codes or participate in the Mystery Lounge earn digital Starlight Coins and loyalty status. Starlight Coins are promotional points without cash redemption value. They may be applied toward limited promotional accessories, early drop reservations, and atelier stickers according to published seasonal rules.
5. Intellectual Property
All garment patterns, photography, brand wordmarks, 3D holographic assets, video lookbooks, and digital interface designs on Shinhye are the exclusive intellectual property of Shinhye Atelier. Reproduction, commercial resale, or unauthorized scraping of our catalog without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from orders or storefront usage shall be resolved amicably through direct concierge mediation or under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Bekasi, West Java.
