1. Atelier Fulfillment Standards
Shinhye prepares every piece by hand at our workshop in Bekasi, West Java. Each garment is steam-pressed, folded into our signature moisture-barrier matte black bag, and sealed with an individualized gold tamper-evident label before dispatch.
Orders placed before 14:00 WIB (Monday through Friday) are packaged and presented to courier counters on the same business day. Orders placed after 14:00 WIB or during weekends are dispatched on the next business morning.
Two-Step Transparent Quoting Protocol
Shinhye operates without third-party courier markup or unpredictable tariff estimations. When you submit your delivery address, our staff inspects real-time carrier counter rates (JNE, SiCepat, J&T) for your exact district, applies the exact carrier fee, and sends an itemized payment link (Merchandise + Courier = Total). You never pay estimated or inflated delivery charges.

The moment our courier drop-off is logged at the carrier counter, our automated notification engine transmits your official Air Waybill (AWB / Resi) and direct carrier tracking link to your WhatsApp number and registered email address.
You can track the physical movement of your parcel at any time by clicking the link or messaging our WhatsApp concierge with your Order ID (e.g. #ORD-10482).
4. Package Inspection Upon Arrival
To safeguard your investment, we recommend inspecting the exterior package prior to signing receipt from the courier. If the outer shipping envelope displays visible puncture or tearing, note the condition on the delivery receipt and capture a brief unboxing video as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. International Patron Dispatch
For patrons residing outside Indonesia (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, United States, Japan), we arrange express international courier dispatch via DHL Express or Pos Indonesia EMS. International tariffs, customs clearance, and import duties are quoted individually via our concierge before payment dispatch.
